We created a Manifesto to make a positive impact!

To empower our team to make decisions that reflect The FACTORY’s core values, a manifesto was developed. A manifesto is a powerful declaration that sparks inspiration and ignites action. This manifesto contains 24 intentions that illuminate a path to a brighter future.
